We produce an annual continuing education Health Literacy Conference for healthcare professionals and educators to teach them about health literacy, the latest research, and how to improve their patient education ... We provide direct healthcare delivery for kids, adults and seniors in our community clinic, Friends of Family Health Center ... Outreach and social services are delivered to the community through our La Habra Family Resource Center, including direct counseling, home visits, insurance assistance, case management, referrals and education. |
